No revenue share. Ever. Most volume-discount apps charge a fee that grows with the sales they help you make, or move you off a “free” plan once you cross a revenue threshold. TierUp charges a flat monthly fee or nothing at all. Selling more never costs you more.

What counts as a pricing rule?

One rule is one set of quantity tiers — for example 1 for $50, 3 for $45 each, 6 for $40 each — applied to one product. The free plan covers 10 of them, which is enough for most stores running quantity breaks on a focused range.

The limit applies only to creating a new rule. Editing and deleting are never restricted, at any count, on any plan — we are not going to stop you fixing a wrong price on a rule that is live in your store right now. If you are already over the limit, every rule you have keeps working and stays editable; only the next new one is refused.

What happens if I cancel?

Rules that use a Pro feature — percentage tiers or collection-wide targeting — keep running for 7 days after your paid period ends. We show you the exact date inside the app before anything changes. After that they switch off and those products go back to their normal price.

Nothing is deleted. The rules and their tiers stay exactly as you left them, you can still edit or delete them on any plan, and subscribing again turns them straight back on and tells you by name what came back.

Rules on a single product at a fixed price per unit are never affected. They keep working forever, on any plan. That is the free tier, and cancelling does not touch it.

Do I pay Shopify or TierUp?

Shopify. TierUp Pro is billed through Shopify's Billing API, so the charge appears on your normal Shopify invoice alongside your other apps. There is no separate card to enter and no separate account to manage, and you subscribe or cancel from inside the app.

Is there an annual plan?

Not yet — TierUp Pro is monthly only. We would rather say that plainly than advertise a yearly price and bill you every 30 days.

Still deciding?

The free plan is not a trial, so the cheapest way to find out whether quantity breaks work for your catalogue is to build one rule and watch it for a fortnight.
